Just as the hospitality and catering industry is diverse in terms of the businesses that operate within it, so are the requirements of people within those businesses. H&C EXPO comprises many different events taking place over three days at the Celtic Manor Resort 16 -18 July 2018. An event providing something for everyone and specifically what they choose.
When the doors open at H&C EXPO in July 2018, visitors looking for technology solutions will not have far to go. The ARC Technology Village will greet them at the front of the entrance to the exhibitor hall.
The ARC Technology Village is an IT solution centre for hospitality and catering businesses to spend time with ARC and their technology partners. Visitors can discuss everything from multi-site total IT management solutions to any individual element of a solution.
Technology is changing almost everything in our business lives, so we are delighted that technology and its many applications are central to H&C EXPO. We will look at many aspects of technology and none more so than emerging technologies and their applications.
The latest addition to The ARC Technology Village is NextMenu. NextMenu is the technology that powers modern, fully connected, digital hospitality venues.
NextMenu provides Self-Book, Self-Order and Self-Pay systems using a range of Kiosks, Tablets and Apps that capture data at no effort, inform your team instantly, and manage your service levels seamlessly.
Tibor Barna – Co-founder, NextMenu said:
The ARC Technology Village at H&C EXPO is a catering and hospitality IT ecosystem of what is possible. Because we are all about ‘what is possible’ we wanted to be part of it and we are very happy to now work with this group of experienced technology solution providers.
We address the move to customer empowerment in Food & Beverage establishments of all kinds. We have only just started working with ARC and their customer’s, so this opportunity to work with ARC and some of their more established partners to showcase how we all deliver customer value individually and collectively is an opportunity we relish.
Our focus in The ARC Technology Village will be to help venues leverage the tech savvy millennial market for both cost savings and new business generation.”
Steve RAC, MD, ARC Services told us:
We are investing in The ARC Technology Village to ensure that when visitors spend time with us they leave with robust information they can use and deploy. Time is a precious commodity for us all and we respect the time visitors will spend with us at H&C EXPO.
We are delighted with NextMenu working alongside us at H&C EXPO. Busy hospitality and catering outlets need to look at Self-Book, Self-Order and Self-Pay systems using a range of Kiosks, Tablets and Apps that capture data . Working with NextMenu we can help our visitors at H&C EXPO to achieve this.”
Mark Harris – Event Director, H&C EXPO said:
The hospitality and catering industry never stands still, it embraces technology and leads in its application. As such, we are delighted to welcome NextMenu to be part of The ARC Technology Village.
Our visitors next year want to learn about creating better guest experiences and technology is at the forefront of creating better guest experiences, as is NextMenu. Having had the advantage of getting to know some of the team at NextMenu and their technology applications recently, I know our visitors will be keen to learn about them too.”
