The first-ever dedicated ‘Mentor Awards’ for UK Chefs will be part of the inaugural H&C EXPO event being held at the Celtic Manor in July. The Mentor Awards, spanning ten categories, have been launched to recognise individuals who have helped to train, nurture and develop Chefs across the UK hospitality and catering industry.
The Best Hotel Chef Mentor award will be presented in association with Meredith & Drew, this award recognises and rewards Chefs who work in hotels. Undoubtedly some of the best restaurants in the UK are found in hotels, as are some of the best Chefs and Chef mentors.
